1. Who We Are

Reploom ("we", "us") provides review conversion software to local businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, business details, billing information (processed by Stripe).
  • Customer contact data uploaded by Reploom users: customer name, phone number, email, and consent status.
  • Message data: SMS content, delivery status, and inbound replies routed through Twilio.
  • Usage data: log files, IP address, device and browser information.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To send service notifications, such as recovery alerts and weekly digests.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including TCPA recordkeeping.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share customer contact data between Reploom accounts.

4. SMS Information Sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected through the Service are notshared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to deliver messages on behalf of the Reploom user who collected the consent.

5. Service Providers

We share data with vendors that help us run the Service: Supabase (database/auth), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), and Google (Places API for business verification). Each is contractually obligated to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and message data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and audit purposes. Customers who opt out via STOP are added to a suppression list and never contacted again from the same business account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Email support@reploom.appand we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls based on roles, and database level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes here and update the "Last updated" date above.
